We met Sue Young by walking into Innovations on a rainy day with nothing else to do. We liked her immediately, she is very friendly and easy going. She helped us locate and close on a 2nd home in October 2010. We worked with Sue for three years, mostly due to the lack of inventory in our price range. Sue was extremely patience and kept us informed about any new properties coming on the market. She also listened to what we truly wanted and was honest if she thought the property didn’t match our criteria. This was extremely helpful since we live four hours away from where we purchased. We highly recommend Sue if you are planning to buy or sell a home. We would use her again in a heartbeat!!!
